One well-placed box in Detroit, NVMe, no overselling — ever. We measured the ping from it to all 48 states and every big home ISP, then published the numbers, including the ones that don't flatter us. Pick a game, pick your RAM, and you're in-world in about a minute.

We sell the games we can stand behind on this hardware. Swap between them any time from the panel — your files, backups and IP come with you.

Node01 sits in Detroit, on the Great Lakes fibre corridor — a short run to Chicago, Ashburn and New York, and closer to Toronto, Ottawa and Montréal than any US host that ignores Canada.
On 5 August 2026 we measured the ping from it to all 48 contiguous states and 64 home internet providers, then published every figure — including Los Angeles at 57.1 ms, which misses our own target.
Network path only — your own connection adds roughly 10–30 ms on home broadband. Single run, one day; we don't monitor continuously, so this is a measurement, not a guarantee.
Every state, every ISP we could reach, the substitutions we had to make and the hosts that refused to answer. Find your own provider in it.

UpTick started the way most good hosting complaints do: years of running game servers — including a heavily populated Rust community — while watching “premium” hosts oversell the box underneath them.
So UpTick is deliberately small: one carefully-placed node in Detroit, a Ryzen 9 9950X with 0% RAM overselling as a standing rule, nightly off-site backups, and Pterodactyl run and tuned by the owner. No investors asking for price rises, and no map of imaginary datacenters on the homepage.
Support is the owner. The person who wrote the backup system is the person who answers when it misbehaves — 10:00–20:00 Pacific, seven days.
“If the lag is our fault, I fix it. If it's your modpack, I still help. That's the whole business model.”
72 hours, full refund, no form to fill in. Nightly off-site backups are on by default so your first experiment isn't your last.
