20 TPS. One price. Cancel whenever.
Managed modded survival servers on hardware built for them — a Ryzen 9950X in Detroit, memory that's never oversold, and a human who answers.
Why Uptick
Three things most hosts won't put in writing
Not marketing lines — contract terms.
One price, always
No promotional rate that jumps after month one. If we ever change the plan table, servers already running keep the price they were created at — new pricing only applies to new orders.
Nothing oversold
0% memory overallocation, publicly, in writing, permanently. If your plan says 8 GB, that's the hard limit on the container — not a number twelve other tenants were also promised.
A real person, real hours
Support runs 10am–8pm Pacific, seven days, with a 30-minute first response. You're talking to the person who runs the node, not a rotating queue.
The detail other hosts skip
We set your Java heap below the container limit. Most hosts don't.
The stock default on almost every game panel sets heap to the full plan size, or ~95% of the container ceiling. That leaves nothing for metaspace, thread stacks, GC structures, and direct buffers — so the kernel kills the process under load. That's the actual mechanism behind "modded servers randomly crash," and it's a config choice, not bad luck.
Every Uptick plan computes heap at 75–84% of the container instead, scaled per tier, so the JVM always has room to breathe.
Games
Modded Minecraft is the whole point. A few more are landing soon.
We'd rather launch a game once it's actually proven than advertise four on day one.

Pricing
$4.25 per GB. Every tier, same rules.
No overselling at any tier. CPU is a dedicated share, not a burst estimate you're competing with other tenants for.
| Plan | RAM | CPU, dedicated | Disk | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Community | 4 GB | 100% | 28 GB | $17/mo |
| Grove | 6 GB | 150% | 42 GB | $26/mo |
| Modded Recommended | 8 GB | 200% | 56 GB | $34/mo |
| Modded+ Recommended | 12 GB | 300% | 84 GB | $51/mo |
| Network Recommended | 16 GB | 400% | 112 GB | $68/mo |
$4.25/GB flat. CPU is a guaranteed dedicated share, not a burst estimate. Every plan includes nightly backups and no minimum contract term.
Want us hands-on instead of just hosting?
Managed adds a monthly hour of real engineering time — modpack migrations, tuning, conflict diagnosis — on top of any plan above.
- 60 minutes hands-on engineering per month, advice always free and unlimited
- 2 major migrations per year, plus proactive monitoring
- 15-minute first response
- Overage billed at $60/hr, always quoted before we start
Not on Managed and just need one modpack moved? One-off migration: $75.
Questions
FAQ
Why don't you oversell memory like most hosts?
Because it's the easiest way to make a node look cheaper than it is. Overselling means the RAM your plan promises isn't actually reserved for you — it's a number that works until enough neighbors are active at once. We run at 0% memory overallocation, permanently, so the limit on your container is the limit, full stop.
What happens to my price if the plan table changes later?
Nothing. If we ever change pricing, it only applies to new orders — a server you already have keeps the price it was created at for as long as it stays active and in good standing.
Is there a contract?
No. No minimum term, no notice period. Cancel any time from the control panel.
What if I'm not happy in the first few days?
Full refund within 72 hours of a new order, no questions asked. After that, unused days are refunded pro-rated if you cancel.
Where does this actually run?
A dedicated Ryzen 9950X (16C/32T) with 128 GB DDR5 in Detroit, mirrored across two NVMe drives in RAID 1, on a 1 Gbps unmetered port with onsite DDoS mitigation included. Nothing shared, nothing virtualized underneath you.
When do signups actually open?
We're finishing the legal and billing setup — join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment orders open. We're not going to promise a date we might miss.
